Juanito Delgado Cruz is a second-generation coffee producer from the el Paraiso village in Huabal and owns around one and a half hectares of land. Juanito picks and processes all of his coffee himself, with some help from family members during the peak harvest.
Juanito is the lead farmer in the village of Huabal and he coordinates training sessions with the 40 or so producers that are in the village.
